I’ve been using Meal Proz for several years now as a way to eat healthier. The meal plan menu has good diversity of options and changes enough in frequency to keep away the feeling of eating the same thing. Food quality is great and the meals are flavorful. Nick the owner is always responsive if I have questions. This is a great place to choose for meal prepping & healthy eating options.

Had the first meal with Meal Proz today and I must post this ASAP. Had the Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese, it was BEYOND AMAZING !! so tasty and the nutrition content is great, very helpful for my diet. I love that it tastes freshly made, the chicken breast feels like a real breast with no preservatives unlike other meal services. This beats Snap kitchen in all fronts (price, taste, food volume and freshness/home- made taste, calories density). Thanks Meal Proz for this, will post more photos when I have a chance to finish my batch 🙏

I was unsure at first because I had tried other meal prep companies. Meal Proz is one of my best decisions that I have ever made. Their menu constantly changes and the food tastes great. Food Allergies? No worries, they got you. I thought I was going to be hungry but surprisingly it fills you up the right amount so you dont feel hungry or like you overate. Through Meal Proz I have lost a total of 30lbs so far. I cant say that I had ever done that with another company. What I can say confidently is, Meal Proz is the best meal prep company by far anywhere in Central Texas. Maybe even in the US! Thank you guys for all you do. Keep up the great work!

I've used other meal prep companies and Meal Proz is by far the best. The menu changes weekly so you're bound to find something you like. Pick up is easy and the staff is always helpful and friendly. No waste, no dishes, no time preparing. It's a perfect mix! Cake balls are a must for a sweet snack. I've lost 30+ pounds and I owe a lot of it to Meal Proz!

Meal Proz has been a great help to me as I travel a lot for work. Coming into Austin they made staying on my nutrition very easy and even followed up with me to make sure that I was available to come pick up my meals when they were ready, the process was explained to me over the phone and how everything works very clearly. so the next time I visit Austin I definitely will visit them again for my nutritional needs and I do recommend to anybody who lives in Austin and or travel to Austin for work.

Easily one of the best decisions I’ve ever made was choosing MealProz! As a strength athlete and coach, eating and fueling yourself properly is key and MealProz takes all the guesswork out of it making hitting macros easy while still delicious and flavorful!

I’ve tried a few places around town now, and this is definitely my favorite for when I need prepped meals. The meals have balance and are macro friendly. If you’re on a fitness journey, this is a good place to order from.

Food is out of this world. I’m a pretty picky eater and I wanted to not have to cook as I track my protein and calories for a deficit. Came here and Nicolas was very educated on the product and friendly. Don’t waste your time on instagram food prep ads. If you’re in atx and you need meal preps that don’t taste like buns. This is your place. Highly recommend
